We have been doing remodeling and repairs since 1991 officially and it has been quite a few years beyond that.  We take great pride in the quality and workmanship that goes into every project.  We would rather spend a little more for the quality and have a product that we are proud to stand behind.  In the end it has to be a win - win for all involved.  

 

​Over the past several years, we have been doing the contract work for several "Flippers".   We looked at the quality, effort and the time put in by most of these folks and we were not impressed.   We have decided to change the model and put the quality back into projects.  I know first hand about buying a flipped property.  I live in one now and I have spent the last three years fixing the problems.  One of which has cost several thousand dollars due to inferior plumbing fixtures.  This will never happen on one of our projects.  You have my personal guarantee!  We stand behind what we do and remember " We've got you covered"

​We have also implemented a new program for buying these homes.  It has two paths.  The first path is come and fall in love with one of our current rehabs, and we will take a downpayment and will customize colors and materials within our budget.  Want upgrades? for additional cost we can upgrade counters, appliances, tile, ect.  You get the picture.  The second path for those with less than perfect credit, we can get you started.  We have two year short term financing and a credit repair path to get you on the road to a refinance with conventional lending institutions.    This program is customized to the individual and we will find the best way to service you and your family.
